Rav Yosef Zvi Rimon, Founder and Chariman of JobKatif, is the Rabbi of Alon Shvut South and a faculty member of Yeshivat Har Etzion and Midreshet Migdal Oz In addition to teaching, Rabbi Rimon writes extensively on Talmudic and Halachic issues.

Judy Lowy, Executive Director of JobKatif, is an expert in the field of employment management, with more than 30 years of experience.  She has worked in both the public and private sectors including serving as director of recruitment for an international hi-tech corporation, director of Jerusalem’s Employment Center for the Ministry of Absorption and as director of community Relations for Israel’s “Wisconsin Plan”.

David Banjo, Director of Israel Operations, arrived in the Gush Katif community of Neve Dekalim as a student, and eventually married, raised his family, and made his home there. During his 17 years in Neve Dekalim, Mr. Banjo worked in sales and marketing eventually becoming the Director of Sales for the Atzmona greenhouses.  Following the Disengagement, he Administrative Coordinator for the community of Neve Dekalim in Ein Zurim. In this position, he met Rav Rimon and joined the staff of JobKatif as a business advisor. With hard work and dedication, Mr. Banjo advanced to the position of Director of Field Operations.  Mr. Banjo combines his expertise in business and marketing with his strong familiarity of the Gush Katif communities to build a program that both respects the challenges that the families have been dealing with and encourages them to move forward.
